sale
Articles cleaned and sorted
Articles organized by category: kitchenware, linens, clothing, books,
furniture, garden tools, etc.
Everything is priced
Everything is attractively displayed
Advertisements are placed in newspapers and on the Internet
In the case of a private sale, buyers are contacted by phone
We maintain an extensive library to research certain items
We maintain a list of collectors and notify them when something they
collect becomes available
On sale day
The sale starts on time; no one is admitted early
Nothing is pre-sold
Everyone gets a receipt
Staff can box up
personal
family items such as letters,
photographs, bank records, etc
Remaining items can be
